GPone Advances Platform Infrastructure as Core Modules Enter Integration

Following its initial review of business processes, GPone has begun integrating the platform’s foundational systems. This phase focuses on core modules covering accounts, products, orders, assets and user services, while further defining the relationships between data across these areas.

Aligning data across core modules

Product information is only the part of the platform that users see. Behind it, day-to-day operations depend on coordination between multiple systems handling order status updates, transaction records, asset data and account permissions.

For this reason, GPone has made business data consistency a priority during early development. When a user submits a product subscription request, for example, the order status needs to reflect the actual progress of the process, while the associated records must remain aligned with the asset information in the user’s account.

To reduce potential discrepancies during future operations, the team is standardizing data structures and business rules across the different modules.

Clarifying product information and order progress

On the user side, GPone is also refining how product information is presented. Product pages bring together key details, including basic product information, service terms, prices, relevant dates and times, and current status. Order pages, in turn, focus on tracking the progress of a user’s submitted requests.

Establishing user support resources

GPone has also begun setting up a basic help center and customer support framework. These will address questions users may encounter when registering, verifying their identity, using product features and managing their accounts.

Preparing for system testing

This phase remains part of the work to build the platform’s foundational capabilities. Once the core business processes have been integrated, GPone will proceed with system testing and refine user flows based on actual usage.
